B. is Dying Episode 13

“B is DYING! B is a scholar of history! He’s studied ECONOMICS and PHILOSOPHY and he studied LAW too! Well, not exactly LAW…well, you’ll see!”

B is lying on his back shouting as cave people gather around and stare at him: “Here’s how you make a SOCIETY! You invent some RULES! You post them externally so that you gotta adhere to them, like it’s wrong to MURDER!”

Zoom in on just B: “No one will murder and then the people that murder—they’re PUNISHED!”

“But there’s always gonna be the one type of guy who says well, how do you DEFINE murder? And you gotta watch out for that COCKSUCKER! Wait—did he just say COCKSUCKER?”

Zoom out to see B on his back and cave people walking past him, not looking: “See, then you got to say, wait a minute, you don’t use that word! And then people say wait a minute, what’s wrong with sucking COCK? And then you say, well you can’t use that word! And then you have yourself a society full of everyone bickering at each other!”

I rarely laugh out loud at the computer screen (unless it’s a toddler with a Scottish accent); B. is dying. CRACKS ME UP. Thanks, Tom. Looking forward to more.
